Half Marathon

Week 2- Yay for another week of training completed!  I am SERIOUSLY struggling with this weather.  We finally had one nice day and I took full advantage and did a long trail run! Finally got some mileage in which was super exciting.  If my weather app is correct it is supposed to start getting a little warmer (: so hopefully I can run even more!  Let us all smash our training this week!!!

Monday- Crossfit & 1 mile run

20 min AMRAP
2 Muscle ups (from the ground)
8 KBS (53#)

Tuesday- Crossfit

12 min AMRAP
5 Power Clean (75#)
5 Front Squats (/75#)
35 Double Unders

Wednesday- 2 Mile Road Run

** Totally got stuck in a rain storm and had to cut it short because I was drenched

Thursday- Crossfit (I LOVED THIS WORKOUT)

4 Rounds
20 sec on: 40 off
Push ups
Box Jumps Overs (20″)

Friday- 5 mile Trail Run

Saturday- Off

Sunday- Crossfit & Treadmill Workout

3 x 5 min AMRAPs
5 Deadlifts (155#)
20 sec Handstand Hold
20 Double Unders
*Rest 5 min Between AMRAPs
**Pick up where left off

1 Mile Run at Moderate Pace

30 sec on 30 sec off

Start at 10.0 speed on treadmill and increase by 0.1 until you get to 11.0
