Half Marathon

Sh*t got real this week.  I completed an 8 mile run, which to some is nothing, but to me it was the farthest I have ever gone!! I was really proud of myself.  Still a lot more to go- but I was really happy to get to this point.  Another week to get better and gain more endurance!

Monday- Crossfit

40 KBS (35#)

20 Pull ups
800m Run

Thursday- Crossfit

10 min AMRAP
3 Jumping Pullups
5 Squat Snatches (65#)
12 Box Jumps (20″)

Friday- 8 Mile Trail Run

Saturday- Off

Sunday- Off
