Half Marathon

The 10 mile trail run was hard, but super satisfying!  My knees hurt after, but nothing a little ice couldn’t cure.  I also realized that applying Icy Hot to my back before running is super beneficial for me!  Ready for another week of training!!!


Monday- 10 Mile Trail Run

Tuesday- CrossFit

8 Burpees Facing the Bar

Wednesday- Strength & CrossFit

Bench Press *105#

5 x 5
12 minutes to complete

EMOM x 10
Odd – Hand Stand hold with alternating raising arms
EMOM – 10 V- ups

Thursday- Crossfit

Box Jump Overs (20″)
DB Snatch (35#)

Friday- CrossFit (Half Murph)

50 Pull ups
800m Run

Saturday- Off

Sunday- CrossFit
