Half Marathon

This week I kinda fell apart.  I did not run once.  I am having slight anxiety about it because the race is less than 2 weeks away, but I know there is nothing I can do about it, except be better this week!  My body has been hurting me and I took this weekend to totally chill and I’m hoping that will help.  Ready to start my week off tomorrow with a  running only day and head from there!  GO SWEAT THIS WEEK!!!!!

Monday- Off

Tuesday- Strength & Crossfit

Friday- Crossfit * I LOVED THIS WORKOUT

30 Pull ups
30 Front Squats (65#)
30 Push Jerks (65#)
30 Power Cleans (65#)
30 Hand Release Push ups (65#)
*200m Run after each movement (ends with run)

Saturday- Off

Sunday- Off
