Half Marathon

ONE MORE WEEK!!! ONE MORE WEEK!!!! Woooohooo! I feel nervous and excited and happy and sad that we only have one more week of training.  This past week was good, and it is the last longer distances I will run.  I have realized that my knees do not love running.  It like I have arthritis the minute I open my stride.  The real pain is after, but it is something that I know I will have to push through on race day! Last week to get a little bit better!

Monday- 4 Mile Tempo Run

Tuesday- Strength & Crossfit
